All chain necklaces, prototypes, and other prints are made to order based on the specifications, files, and designs you provide. Please double-check your design and size selection before confirming — because each piece is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Orders are confirmed and paid for through our secure payment links (Square) or an approved gift card. Production begins after payment is received.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated with your order confirmation.
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the confirmed design, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
By submitting a logo, design, or file, you confirm you have the rights to use it and to have it printed. Print Pioneers will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder.
We only use your contact information to fulfill your order and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates and promotions. We don't sell your information to third parties.
