Most custom chain necklaces and small prototypes are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your design is confirmed. Larger or more detailed prototype work may take longer — we'll always give you a timeline before you order.
The custom chain necklace comes in three grid sizes: 6×6, 8×8, and 10×10. See finished examples and compare options on our gallery page. We will confirm the scale of your design before printing.
Standard USA shipping is free. Outside-USA delivery and shipping upgrades are quoted individually before invoicing. Tell us your destination and any delivery requirements in the request form.
Yes. Our shared order and quote form accepts real uploads up to 10 MB per file. Chain artwork supports PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, WebP and PDF. Choose the prototype request for STL/model files and up to five references. No customer account is required.
Definitely. Use the Prototype & New Design Inquiry form to tell us what you're building and we'll follow up with feasibility and pricing.
Sending a request does not charge you. We review and confirm your design, price and timing, then email an invoice with a secure payment link (Square). Production begins after payment. Gift cards are available separately and can be used toward our services.

No. Priority Queue is an optional $15 USD request, subject to availability. Shipping upgrades are quoted separately for your order. We confirm timing and any upgrade cost before invoicing.
